good location - bar bur a bit noisy
Good location next to Mira Place shopping center
- Avoid booking room type with access lounge!! It more expensive but the lounge is in the lobby that everyone can use! So we disappointed - After explaining with staff name Richard for a while.. finally he compensated us by giving grand king type (bigger space & higher floor) - I did thank you him in the next morning for an upgrade.. he just said ok without smiling or kind words. - to improve service mind on staff / show guests your helpful would be great.

What was the highlight of The Perkin Hotel
A fun option for staying in the centre of Kowloon
This was a return visit to the Perkin, chosen largely for its proximity to where I had some work and the options available in and around Knutsford Terrace for eating and drinking. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby as well as useful bus stops and the Tsim Sha Shui MTR station. The rooms are well appointed with, certainly from the 14th floor and above to at least the 22nd floor, commanding views over Kowloon. The bathroom has a particularly powerful shower. The staff are welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast options here are in the hotel reception area on the 5th floor. They are limited to a coffee machine and some muffins so would not suit those who seek a hearty breakfast to start the day.

The room was also clean and nice! The restaurant area was conveniently located below the hotel.
It was a pity that there was no bus tab.
